DYMAT 2019

The years DYMAT Meeting covers the topic “Temperature dependence of material behaviour at high strain-rate. It will take place from 9-11 September 2019 in Stresa, Italy. Together with our American colleagues from Hadland Imaging we are exhibiting our high speed camera and our dynamic testing machines.

- Hyper Vision HPV-X2
As a company with a large materials science segment, Shimadzu is sponsor of technical meeting and shows a selection of his test machines. The HPV-X2 high-speed camera for example, can track fastest crack propagation in materials. The high resolution of 400 x 250 px at a speed of up to 10Mfps allows the observation of the moment after an impact test with the highest level of detail in ballistic investigations.

- Micro-Servo MMT Series
Dynamic universal testing machines, such as the MMT, are also presented at the meeting. These systems are used for vibration testing of artificial joints, bones, teeth and tissue engineering, but also for fine electronic components and fatigue testing of complex products. The MMT table model enables dynamic tests up to 100 Hz frequency with up to 500 N test load and up to 20 mm stroke. Extensive accessories such as strain measurement systems and climatic chambers make the use even more flexible and enable further test procedures.
